Inovelli Login Not Working (Locked Out, Never Receive Password Reset Email) - Fix

The quick fix here is to re-sign up using your same email/password (don't worry, all of your order history will still be there).
In July 2020, we implemented SSO (Single Sign-On) across inovelli.com, support.inovelli.com and community.inovelli.com allowing you to access each site with one login. The problem was that we couldn't port over the old database of emails/passwords, so we sent an email out asking people to re-sign up using the same email/password. However, if you're like me, you likely missed it or deleted it and didn't know you had to do this.

Problem

If you've tried and tried your email/password combo to no avail, click on, "Don't remember your password" and never received the password reset email, it likely means you have to re-sign up using your old credentials.

Solution

Re-sign up using the same email/password as before.


NOTE: When you log-in to support.inovelli.com you should see your existing tickets and when you log-in to inovelli.com, you should see your existing orders. If not, please let us know and we'll help.
