Basic Exclusion / Inclusion Instructions
If you're familiar with how to put your hub/gateway into exclusion/inclusion mode and just need to know how to activate the bulb, please follow these instructions.
Exclusion (Factory Reset)
Before putting your hub/gateway in exclusion mode, remove power from the bulb (unscrew it, flip switch down, etc).
- With power removed from your bulb, put your hub/gateway in exclusion mode
- Restore power to the bulb and it should flash 2x indicating it's in exclusion mode
- If successful, the bulb should flash a third time
Inclusion (Pairing)
Before putting your hub/gateway in inclusion mode, remove power from the bulb (unscrew it, flip switch down, etc).
- With power removed from your bulb, put your hub/gateway in inclusion mode
- Restore power to the bulb and it should flash 2x indicating it's in inclusion mode
- If successful, the bulb should flash a third time
