Basic Exclusion / Inclusion Instructions
If you're familiar with how to put your hub/gateway into exclusion/inclusion mode and just need to know how to activate it at the switch, please follow these instructions.
Exclusion (Factory Reset)
After putting your hub/gateway into exclusion mode, please do the following:
- Tap the config button 3x (the LED bar should pulse BLUE)
- If successful, the LED bar should flash GREEN (if unsuccessful, the LED bar should flash RED)
Pro tip: If your LED bar is lit up, but never pulses, try tapping the button faster
Inclusion (Pairing)
After putting your hub/gateway into inclusion mode, please do the following:
- Tap the config button 3x (the LED bar should pulse BLUE)
- If successful, the LED bar should flash GREEN (if unsuccessful, the LED bar should flash RED)
