Firmware v1.36 (Beta) | LZW36 | Fan + Light - Red Series
This page features information regarding the beta firmware for the LZW36 that was released on 08/14/2020. This firmware is intended for users that would like to test the fixes and features included in this release before it goes into production. It should be a fairly stable release that fixes several issues.
Updating the firmware is a fairly safe & fool proof procedure with Z-Wave. Please double check you are updating the correct device with the appropriate model number. Do not interrupt power to the device while the update is taking place.
Please proceed at your own risk. Bricked switches due to user error will not be replaced nor refunded. If you'd like to mail in your switch to have us do it for you, we're happy to do so (NOTE: You will be responsible for to/from shipping costs and we will not provide any temporary switches -- also, estimated time for completion is 2-3 weeks upon receipt).

Bug Fixes
Fixed: Issue of Z-wave switch losing communication with fan module under certain scenarios.
Enhancements
Add parameter 51, to enable instant on (ie: disable the 700ms delay). Note, if you disable the delay, it will also disable scene control except for Button 1 (ie: tap up 1x or tap down 1x, held & released) and button 6, 7, 8, 9 (level up / down buttons). All other scenes will be disabled.
